UPDATED SENIORS LAST DAY SCHEDULE + NEW GRADUATION REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Due to a conflict with Track Regionals, the senior end of the year schedule has been adjusted to ensure all seniors can participate. Please note that the information letter sent home is no longer accurate.

➡️ Friday, May 15 – Seniors’ Last Day ⬅️
- 8:00–8:45 AM: Senior Breakfast
- 8:45–9:45 AM: Senior Walk/Parade

➡️ Graduation Rehearsal will take place on May 29th (Commencement Day) from 9am-10am on the track. Attendance for rehearsal is mandatory. ⬅️

We appreciate your flexibility and support as we make this adjustment to better accommodate our students.

Estimados padres y tutores de los alumnos de último curso:

Este mensaje contiene una corrección a la información que se había facilitado anteriormente sobre el último día de los alumnos de último curso y el ensayo de la graduación.

Debido a un conflicto con las regionales de atletismo, se ha modificado el calendario de fin de curso de los alumnos de último curso para garantizar que todos puedan participar. Tengan en cuenta que la carta informativa enviada a casa ya no es válida.

➡️ Viernes, 15 de mayo – Último día de los alumnos de último curso ⬅️
- 8:00–8:45 h: Desayuno de los alumnos de último curso
- 8:45–9:45 h: Desfile de los alumnos de último curso

➡️ El ensayo de la graduación tendrá lugar el 29 de mayo (día de la ceremonia) de 9:00 a 10:00 en la pista de atletismo. La asistencia al ensayo es obligatoria. ⬅️

Kindergarten Round Up is tomorrow, April 22, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m at Lawrence Elementary School. Child must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2026 . Those born between Sept. 1st - December 1st will need to complete a waiver to enroll. Please come ready to complete the registration packet and have the following documents with you: Driver's license/State ID, legal birth certificate or certified copy of birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (lease, utility bill, mortgage statement, or another official document showing current address). School of Choice applications will be available for non-resident students. Reminder: We now offer free before and after school care at Lawrence Elementary! We can't wait to meet our newest Tigers!

Reminder! Sport Physicals are required for all student athletes who will be in grades 6th-12th this coming year! They will take place during the school day on April 22nd. If your student is considering playing a sport next year please take advantage of this easy and inexpensive way to get their physical on file. Forms can be picked up in the high school office.

🟣Care Closet News!🟣 The care closet is a resource for our students that provides free clothes, shoes, hygiene items and more to students who need them. We are introducing a newly streamlined donation list, effective immediately! Why the Change? Ease of Use: A shorter, more focused list makes it significantly easier for us to sort incoming items and for our students and staff to find exactly what they need without digging through excessive piles. Inclusive Sizing: We are prioritizing clothing and products that offer the most versatility. By focusing on items that serve a wide range of body shapes and sizes, we ensure that we are stocking items that can be of greatest use. At this time we are NOT actively seeking clothing donations. We are ALWAYS accepting hygiene donations. As always, LPS is grateful for the generosity and kindness of our community. #GoTigers!
